സർപ്പിളാകൃതിയിലാണ് ഉപനിഷത് മന്ത്രങ്ങളുടെ ചിന്ത. സാധാരണ ഗദ്യത്തിലോ പദ്യത്തിലോ ഉള്ള ചിന്തകളുടെ സഞ്ചാരം ഒന്നുകിൽ രേഖീയമായിരിക്കും. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ലംബമോ തിരശ്ചീനമോ ആയിരിക്കും. ഒരു രേഖയിലൂടെ നേരെ പോകുന്നതിന് തുടർച്ചയും ഉദ്ദേശിക്കപ്പെട്ട സ്ഥാനവുമുണ്ട്. ലംബമായതിനും തിരശ്ചീനമായതിനും ഈ സ്വഭാവമുണ്ട്. ചിന്തകളുടെ ലഘുകരണവും പ്രായോഗികതയുമാണ് ,നാം ഗദ്യത്തിലും പദ്യത്തിലും കാണുക. എന്നാൽ ചിന്തകളെത്തന്നെ അന്വേഷിക്കുകയും നിഷേധിക്കുകയും ,അതേസമയം അതീതമായ ചിന്തയെയും ഭാഷയെയും അന്വേഷിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നത് തത്ത്വചിന്തയെ തന്നെ നിരാകരിക്കുന്നത് പോലെയാണ്. രേഖീയമായിട്ടല്ല അതിന്റെ ആലോചനകൾ നീങ്ങുന്നത്; സർപ്പിളാകൃതിയിലാണ്. പുറമേ നിന്ന് …
